• Orders placed before 17:00 are shipped the same day.

• Orders placed after 17:00 arrive the next day.

• No delivery on weekends — weekend orders arrive on Monday.

• If you wish to order delivery on weekends or after 17:00 on working days, you can use our partner fast delivery services:

🚗 Delivery Method

Deliveries are carried out either by our company's refrigerated truck or by Bolt Business courier service, depending on the location and the size of the order.

The driver will contact you in advance before the delivery to inform you of the exact time your order will arrive.

In the event that the delivery is carried out by the company's refrigerated truck, the customer must meet the order below the residential building. If the customer is not present at the location, the order will be returned to our store.

In the case of Bolt Business delivery, you will receive an SMS link when the order is dispatched, which will allow you to track the courier's location and contact them if necessary.

Delivery is completely free of charge.

Delivery is available:

• In Tbilisi for orders over 100 GEL

• Tskneti, Tabakhmela, Tsavkis, Mtskheta for orders over 200 GEL
