How are shipping/returns handled?

 

Where is the delivery?

 

Our delivery is carried out within the municipal borders of Tbilisi, as well as in Tskneti, Tabakhmela, Tsavkis and Mtskheta.

Delivery outside Tbilisi is made if the order fee exceeds 200 GEL.

 

How is the delivery?

 

Delivery is made according to the customer's request, both instantaneously and according to specific hours, As Bolt's delivery service is rarely overloaded, delivery to your door may not be possible and you may have to meet the courier. Orders received after 17:00 are processed the next day. Orders received on Sunday will be delivered on Monday morning.

 

How do you ship the product?

 

We send the product to you via Bolt, the costs of which are covered by the company. After calling the courier, we will send you an SMS from which you can track the courier and call him if necessary. The order will be delivered to the address specified by you.

 

How to receive an order?

 

No order submitted by you shall be deemed accepted until the transaction has been processed.

 

How is payment made?

 

We only process Visa and MasterCard credit cards or debit cards. By placing an order with a credit or debit card, you confirm that the information provided in the order is true and you authorize us to charge the confirmed amount to the card you have selected for payment.

Credit cards will be pre-screened at checkout and the final amount will be charged after your order has been weighed, packed and prepared for delivery to the carrier.

If you agree to return the goods and return the payment, the corresponding refund will be made to the same credit card.

 

What guarantees does the company provide?

 

Our aim is to supply fish and products of the highest standards; If you are not satisfied with the quality of our fish and products, we will refund your money in the same way you received the money. We reserve the right to return an unsatisfactory product before a refund.
Although we make every effort to clean the fish fillets of fish fillets, please check carefully that there are no fish fillets or foreign bodies left in the fillets as the company accepts no responsibility for any damage or loss resulting from this. Spine replacement will not be done on all fish fillets as this may be detrimental to the product and result in a large loss of nutritional value. Please note that the company is not responsible for claims made after 6 hours, as well as for damaged products caused by packaging and storage violations.

 

How are non-perishable products returned?

 

If for any reason, unless the product is of merchantable quality, you wish to return a non-perishable product, this must be done at your own expense. We will refund the cost of the product less a 10 percent restocking fee if the product is returned in the same condition as delivered by us.

 

How to cancel an order?

 

You will not be able to cancel the order as it is being processed by our team immediately.
