The Portal of the oldest sacred building of San Severo, dating back to 1059, represents the historic heart of the city, just as this wine represents the D.O.P. San Severo. This wine has a straw yellow color with slightly hint of greenish reflections, tending to golden with aging, with a fine and delicate bouquet, dry taste. Obtained from Bombino Bianco and Trebbiano grapes, it is indicated as a wine for all meals, especially for fish and seafood appetizers. It is recommended to drink it young and at a temperature of 8-10 ºC.
