Marinate the raw peeled king prawns in the white wine for 10 minutes.
Cook the rice in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain, dress with the sesame oil and place to one side.
Pour the sesame seeds onto a plate. Next, roll the prawns in the seeds to create their crispy coating. Melt the butter in a pan, add the coated king prawns and fry until pink.
Wash and dry the lettuce leaves, add a small pile of rice noodles, then the king prawns on top. Sprinkle with chilli and some more sesame seeds and wrap!
